Women experiencing burnout often report a combination of mental fog, physical exhaustion, sleep disruption, and reduced stress resilience. At Meta Recovery Lab in Limassol, we offer a physician-supervised programme combining Intermittent Hypoxic Training (IHHT) and IV NAD+ therapy as a complementary approach to support recovery.
What the Programme Includes
Every participant undergoes a medical screening before starting. The programme may include:
- IHHT (Intermittent Hypoxic Training): Gentle altitude-simulation breathing sessions that may support mitochondrial function and cardiovascular adaptation. You lie back and breathe — the system does the work.
- IV NAD+: Intravenous administration of a coenzyme involved in cellular energy production. NAD+ levels may decline with chronic stress and age, and supplementation may support energy metabolism.
- IV Glutathione (optional): May help reduce oxidative stress associated with chronic fatigue and support detoxification pathways.
- Medical Monitoring: Cardiologist and pulmonologist present during every session. Medical screening included.
Who It May Help
This programme is designed for women experiencing:
- Chronic fatigue or feeling “running on empty”
- Mental fog and difficulty concentrating
- Sleep disturbances despite tiredness
- Reduced stress resilience
- Post-illness or post-partum recovery needs
Evidence-Based, Physician-Led
Burnout is increasingly recognised as a condition involving mitochondrial dysfunction and HPA axis dysregulation. IHHT and NAD+ are areas of active clinical research. While individual results may vary, these therapies are used in integrative medicine as supportive tools. This is a medical practice — not a spa.
