Burnout Recovery & NAD+ Therapy Limassol

Chronic burnout and persistent fatigue may be linked to mitochondrial dysfunction and depleted cellular energy reserves. At Meta Recovery Lab in Limassol, we offer a physician-supervised programme combining Intermittent Hypoxic Training (IHHT) and IV NAD+ therapy as a complementary approach to support recovery.

What the Programme Includes

Every participant undergoes a medical screening with our on-site cardiologist before starting. The programme may include:

  • IHHT (Intermittent Hypoxic Training): Altitude-simulation breathing sessions that may stimulate mitochondrial biogenesis and cardiovascular adaptation.
  • IV NAD+: Intravenous administration of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, a coenzyme involved in cellular energy metabolism. NAD+ levels naturally decline with age and chronic stress.
  • Medical Monitoring: Cardiologist and pulmonologist present during every session.

Who It May Help

This programme is designed for adults experiencing:

  • Chronic fatigue or low energy
  • Mental fog and difficulty concentrating
  • Physical exhaustion after normal activity
  • Post-illness recovery needs

Evidence-Based, Physician-Led

IHHT and NAD+ are areas of active clinical research. While individual results may vary, these therapies are used in integrative medicine as supportive tools for cellular recovery. Our protocols are managed by medical doctors — this is not a spa treatment.
